1. SMS Program & Use Cases

By providing your phone number, you opt-in to the Blackmur Group Realtors Mobile Alert Program. We send text messages to provide:

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or subscribe to our SMS program. By opting in, you acknowledge that you meet this age requirement.
